Restormel Manor

Restormel Manor is one of the most historic and cherished houses owned by the Duchy of Cornwall, and sits within the heart of the Duchy of Cornwall's historic estate, approximately 1 mile from Lostwithiel. The Manor is located in unspoilt countryside at the head of the beautiful Fowey valley and nestles beside the river Fowey, overlooked by Restormel Castle.

There are 9 properties on the Restormel Manor estate available for booking, all exquisitely furnished with careful attention to detail. They each range from 4 to 8 beds with a maximum capacity of 18. The properties benefit from luxury facilities such as a heated indoor swimming pool, outdoor tennis court and an eco-friendly wood-chip boiler for heating.

For a truly gourmet experience to match the setting, Trewithen Events can provide a personal fine dining service in your Restormel Manor holiday home. Whether you are celebrating a special occasion such as a birthday, or simply want to enjoy a special treat with friends or family, we will create a private restaurant atmosphere which you will remember for years to come.

After discussing your requirements, we will create a tailor-made menu specially for the occasion based on Trewithen's trademark classical fine dining with a modern twist. Our chefs will use fresh, quality, seasonal ingredients, sourced from as many local suppliers as possible. We are happy to discuss and supply wine from our extensive wine list, or alternatively you can provide your own, which will be served to you.

After being prepared and cooked on the premises by our chef, the hand-made dishes will be served to you by our friendly, professional waiting staff on tables covered with white linen table cloths and laid with glassware, cutlery and crockery, all set up by us. Without any preparation, cooking or washing up to do, you can sit back, relax and enjoy Trewithen's renowned superb food in the comfort and intimacy of your own holiday home.

Personal fine dining is for parties of 4 for more, at a minimum cost of £250. Please look at our sample menus for examples of the type of meals which we can offer. If you have a specific request or special dietary requirement, we will be happy to accommodate it.
