Case study: St Erth Services

To celebrate the opening of a new Alfa Romeo dealership in St Erth, Cornwall, Trewithen Events catered a launch party for St Erth Services.

To celebrate the Italian car manufacturer, the dealership wanted every single drink and canapé served during the evening to be Italian.

Trewithen Events rose to this challenge, creating home-made food using authentic Italian recipes and products.

The individually hand-crafted canapés were made with fresh Italian ingredients such as mozzarella and Parma ham, and included authentic dishes like arancini (fried balls of risotto).

For dessert there were individual glasses of orange pana cotta, or indulgent mini chocolate and mascarpone tarts.

The Italian theme extended to the drinks with Italian bottled mineral water, Peroni beer and sparkling Prosecco being served.

Trewithen's attention to detail and superb service and meant that the launch was a huge success.
